• Underground Construction Estimator – Experience with bidding, implementing and facilitating large underground, utility, plumbing and geothermal projects with at least 5 years experience. Construction degree and/or plumbing license preferred.
• Business Develop Manager – Experience in underground, plumbing and geothermal essential, ability to promote and develop business opportunities, oversee marketing and business growth potential, and ability to manage current business structure.
• Directional Boring Operator – Experience with directional drilling/boring equipment and trenching equipment is required and self motivation a must. Mechanical experience with this type of equipment is very helpful. Willing to perform routine maintenance on all types of equipment. CDL preferred. Year round work. Mechanical experience is helpful.
• Directional Boring Locator – Experience with directional drilling and locating preferred. Mechanical knowledge very helpful. Must be willing to take instruction and have a positive attitude. Self motivation a must. CDL preferred. Year round work.
• Geothermal Drill Operator – Minimum of 3 years experience drilling wells. Experience with geothermal drilling procedures and closed loop systems helpful. Rigs are top head drive rig. Schramm or Ingersoll Rand knowledge preferred. Year round work. Fulltime, typical hours 7 am – 5 pm with overtime. CDL preferred but not required. Mechanical or welding skills helpful.
• Heavy Equipment Operator – Experience with excavators, backhoes a must. Minimum of 5 years of underground utility construction experience. CDL preferred. Year round work. Applicant must be willing to work on sanitary, water and storm sewer projects. Must be willing to do whatever is required to help the crew.
• Underground Utility Supervisor/Foreman – Duties include supervision of crew on various water, sanitary and storm sewer installation projects in the Lincoln-Omaha area. Preferred candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in the area of underground construction, 2 – 4 years supervisory experience, be detail oriented, organized and have a clean driving record. CDL preferred, but not required. Year round work.
• Pipelayer/Laborers – Construction site work experience helpful. Willing to perform all tasks required to place concrete, lay pipe, build structures, work with drillers and other yard duties. We are willing to train you in various skills but attendance and attitude are key to your success. Must be safe and willing to take instruction.
• Hydrovac Truck Driver- ability to provide hydrovac services to customers, care for and maintain company equipment, complete daily inspections and correct or report all defects immediately, meet all DOT requirements, practice legal load securement, must have a CDL, clean driving record and maintain a positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and operation.
• Concrete Flatwork and Boxes -ability to install, form and finish concrete, ability to prepare subgrade, assemble forms, load and screed concrete.
• Accounts Payable – Data Entry Clerk – Ability to organize and input data for accounting, inventory and equipment.  Accounting and Construction experience is optimal.
